- 1 pound of white turkey meat
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- ⅛ cup parsley
- 3 sage leaves (diced)
- 1.5 tablespoons. Rosemary
- 1.5 tablespoons. fish oil
Cook the turkey however you want. You can use leftover turkey from a recent meal or prepare ground turkey by pan-frying it.
Cook rice according to package directions. Boil or bake the sweet potato. It is not necessary to peel the potato, as many of the nutrients are found in the skin.
Once you have prepared these first ingredients, combine the cooked ingredients with all the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
