1. Make sure your ATUVOS Tag is powered on. (Long press the button for 1 second to power on)
2. It is recommended to reset the ATUVOS Tag when pairing for the first time. (Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the buzzer emits one beep, then release, you will hear two short beeps, indicating a successful reset)
3. ATUVOS is only compatible with iOS devices, not Android devices.
